The Technocrat is Montana Tech's student-run newspaper. The paper is managed, written, and edited entirely by students.

Assistant Editor - Volume 27

I was in charge of the layout as the assistant editor of the Technocrat for volume 27. I learned how to use many Adobe software products including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and InDesign as the assistant editor.

Editor in Chief - Volume 28, 29, and 30

As the editor of the Technocrat I have been in charge of all management and technical aspects of the newspaper Volumes 28, 29, and 30. I have utilized a number of the skills I have been taught throughout my college career. In my first year I learned a tremendous about the newspaper business and managing people.

Volume 30 resulted in a major change that turned The Technocrat into a weekly paper instead of a bi-weekly publication. The paper will soon be available in an electronic format in an effort reach more students and alumni. With great student writers and and an amazing support staff, the Technocrat will continue a tradition of excellence.
